I am an individual young developer from China, i am developing my personal websites recently, for website content moderation i choose to use llm, but my laptop' GPU is just 3050ti, so i choose this model have 1B parameters to deploy to my Docker desktop.
I selected China as my region on the form, but i have to use vpn to link this website，so maybe u see my region is not China and rejected? or other reson such as China's Internet firewall blocked some of your model's policies?
I really want to know why.
