Add model card metadata

This PR adds the missing metadata to the model card: pipeline_tag, library_name, and license. This will improve discoverability and usability of the model on the Hugging Face Hub. The license information reflects the Apache 2.0 license, with a note about the exception for 72B models as stated in the paper.
